1. About Custom Canines

Custom Canines is a dog concierge service based in Dubai, UAE. We provide breed consultation, international sourcing of health-tested dogs from vetted breeders, and full import coordination for clients in the UAE.

2. Our Service

Custom Canines acts as an intermediary between clients and international breeders. Our role includes:

Custom Canines does not breed dogs directly. We work exclusively with third-party breeders who meet our health and ethical standards.

3. Enquiries & Commitments

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a financial commitment or binding agreement. A formal agreement is only established once both parties have agreed in writing to specific terms, including the dog, pricing and timeline.

4. Pricing & Fees

All pricing is provided on a per-enquiry basis and varies depending on breed, breeder, country of origin and import requirements. A service fee is charged by Custom Canines in addition to the purchase price of the dog. Full pricing is discussed and agreed before any commitment is made.

5. Health & Breeder Standards

Custom Canines works only with breeders who meet our health testing and ethical standards. However, as with all living animals, no guarantee can be made against future health conditions. Health documentation and test results for each dog are made available to the client prior to commitment.

6. Import & Logistics

Custom Canines coordinates the import process but is subject to the regulations and requirements of UAE authorities and international airline policies, which may change. We are not liable for delays or complications arising from regulatory changes beyond our control.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis and outlined in the individual service agreement. In general, deposits paid to secure a specific dog may be non-refundable once the dog has been reserved with the breeder.

8. Limitation of Liability

Custom Canines is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the service fee paid to Custom Canines for the relevant transaction.

9. Privacy

Information submitted through our website is used solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and providing our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfil our service (i.e. communicating with breeders on your behalf).

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
